Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic food & beverage servers to provide quick and personalized
food and beverage service to guests at allotted pavilions as per standards service laid down and
according to guest satisfaction.
Duties and Responsibilities
 Attend briefings prior to the restaurant openings, well-groomed and equipped with the
basic aids of operations - such as bottle openers, pens, order pads.
 Learn the menu preparations, Food & Beverage and daily Specials and promotions, for
suggestive upselling.
 Complete “mise-en-place” before the food court restaurant opens.
 Check all the equipment and furniture at the station for their serviceability and
maintenance requirements.
 Clean and polish allotted silverware, cutlery, glassware, and melamine ware.
 Present menus, drink cards and take orders, making upselling suggestion and attend to
guest’s needs. Serve food and beverage by the standards of the restaurant food courts.
 Upsell food and beverages.
Reports to: Outlet Manager
Qualifications:
 Resume and proven working experience as a F&B Server
 Excellent guest service minded and exceeding their expectations.
 Computer literacy
 Positive attitude and excellent communication skills in English.
 Ability to keep the restaurant, kiosks and bars stocked and clean
 Relevant training certificate
