Customer Services
• Ensuring the full compliance with, and enforcement of, all SOP's and safety procedures so that the safety of guests walking around exhibits is in line with all requirements.
• Minimize queue waiting time/maximize exhibits in an efficient and organized manner whilst ensuring all safety standards are adhered to
• Highlighting any potentially hazardous areas to the FOH Supervisor
• Oversee the cleaning for all common areas including the exhibits zones
• Ensure accurate opening and closing procedures are maintained at all times.

Cashiering
• Explain all of the different pricing packages available for customers
• Maximizing revenue through explaining the benefits of promotions such as up selling as much as possible
• Input of the transactions data into POS IT system ensuring information is accurately entered and completed in the same day as the closing form submission.
• Answering telephone queries and following up with the relevant departments such as school bookings, complaints and general enquiries
• Ensure all racks for brochures are kept neat, tidy and full at all times.
