Your Role:
As the Cluster General Manager, you will lead, manage and operate both properties and report directly to the Owner (French National).

Key Responsibilities:
Daily operations – oversee the daily operation of the hotel and villas ensuring a smooth and efficient service with support of the Hotel Manager.
Sales and Revenue – maximize revenue through proper rate management. Develop a network of Agents. Ensure the Sales Team have clear monthly objectives.
Guest’s satisfaction and quality – ensure that all issues faced by the guests while in-house are solved in a timely manner / ensure online reviews and scores are increasing monthly
Marketing – ensure proper online presence through our 7 platforms following set standards, propose marketing activities.
Maintenance – monitor closely the preventive maintenance plans of the resort and villas with the support of the Projects and Maintenance Manager.
Problem solving – proactively manage operational challenges and conflicts
Financial management - monitor financial performance, analyze key metrics, and take corrective action as needed.
Human Resources – Insure efficient recruitment of permanent and casual staff. Develop employee retention. Insure regular team members evaluation. Organize trainings.
Health and safety - ensure that the hotel complies with all local laws, safety regulations, and industry standards.

Who we are Looking For:
Proven experience as General Manager in 4-5 star sizeable Hotel(s) in Thailand is a must.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, inspire, and mentor the Head of Departments.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage the operations efficiently.
Comfortable with Systems and able to improve them.
Able to work closely with the Owner.
