DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Marketing
- Creates and propose Google Ads / Bing campaigns
- Ensures that our websites are always updated, intuitive, user-friendly

Email Marketing
- Creates quarterly newsletter
- Creates email blast for special promotion - as needed
- Keeps monthly update of the date base (STAY / Fresca / STAY FIT / LeSpa)

Public Relations
- Proposes press releases in media
- Works in collaboration with local press
- Participates to events promoting the resort
- Suggest and recommends Rewards to participate to

Influencers / KOL
- Proposes potential influencers, Bloggers to GM following proposal standards; weekly

Social Medias
- Review contents proposed by Social Media Manager before proposing to GM, monthly

Contents Creation
- Handles major videos and shooting related to key elements of the Resort
- Keep the Photographer Board updated
- Presents 'To be approved Picture Bucket' to GM

Other
- Prepares monthly marketing promotion plan ahead with HODs to present to GM

- 6 days off per month
- Service charge / Fixed Incentive

- Fitness Member Staff Rate
